Crisharna (Sharn) is a qualified masseuse with various certificates specializing in holistic therapeutic massage, including Reiki, Holistic massage, and Mirimiri, a traditional Māori Healing practice used to rebalance, restore, and release deep muscle tension.

Sharn is passionate about encouraging and empowering women to take time for themselves and improve their general well-being and overall health.

At the Women's Centre, Sharn offers a massage day with Koha as a gift of donation in payment.

You must book your space for 20 minutes of Wellness Treatment before Friday, October 18th.
